In the bird watching cruise, watching the birds depends on weather and season. If you were unable to watch the birds due to weather change or seasonal change, it will not be a reason for the cancellation/refund of booking.

1. Cancellation is not possible on your arrival day, still you can postponed the cruise to some other suitable day without any additional charges.
2. Confirmed booking can be changed only by receiving e-mail or phone from the customer who booked the cruise.
3. Book with Confidence : In case of cancellation One day before your arrival we will refund you the 75% of the full amount.
4. In case of natural calamities or strike, bookings can only be rescheduled to a convenient date (not to peak dates) as per the availability. Amount collected can be carry forward to the new booking. Amended date should be informed 7 days prior to check-in. Amendments possible only as per the rate and availability.
